Return Policy
I do accept returns on all items I sell. Here are the terms:
– You must contact me within 10 calendar days of receiving the item. Receipt of the item is defined as the day the tracking information states the package was delivered.
– Items must be in exactly the same condition as shown in the description… The one exception to this is if an item is damaged in shipping… Please note that if you buy a graded card and crack it out of the holder, it can NOT be returned… Also, if you buy a factory wrapped or BBCE wrapped wax/cello/rack/vending box, it can only be returned if it has not been opened… As soon as you remove the outer wrapping, it can NOT be returned.
– You are responsible for returning the item to me. This includes any damage that occurs while shipping the item back to me, as well as lost packages. I highly recommend you insure your packages for loss and damage, and for the full value of the contents.
– When I receive the item back, I will issue the refund as soon as I determine that it’s in the same condition it was in when it was shipped. This is usually done within 24 hours.
– If you’re returning an item due to a mistake I made in the description, I will refund your entire payment (including original shipping). If you’re returning an item for any other reason, I will only refund the cost of the item, not the original shipping.
– Any item paid for with a credit card will incur a 3% fee if returned. This is due to the payment processing companies no longer refunding the fees to sellers. Personally, I think this is legalized theft by the banks, but I have no choice.
