My Guarantee is simple: The item you purchase will be delivered to the address you provide, or your money back.

If you receive a wrong item or a damaged item, contact me immediately and I’ll make it right.

If the package is lost in the mail, (with tracking showing it was not delivered), you will get your money back.

All items are sent with tracking so we both know exactly when something is sent and delivered. If an item is lost in the mail, you will get a full refund. This process will take at least several weeks (and maybe considerably longer on international shipments), but in the end, you’ll get the refund.

Please note, that I cannot be held responsible for what happens to a package after it’s been delivered… If tracking shows a package has been delivered, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to assure the safety of the package between the mailbox and the buyer… When buying items of value, I highly recommend delivery to a PO Box or another secure location.
